The GLOW Skin is expected to be available by the end of February 2020 (a change to this date is possible).

Pro Galaxy device and Accouunt GLOW Skin can be awarded only once.

Your new costume really comes into its own with a proper victory dance. Therefore, in addition to GLOW Skin, you will also get the new LEVITATE Emote.
